Things I learned today:
- Be prepared to interview someone or two at any day, they might just come when you least expect them to show up.
- Because there’s such thing as the 32 Forbidden Interview Questions, be more creative on the questions, and that’s hard especially with candidates with no previous work experience, fresh grads, or lower level workers (janitor, delivery boy, etc).
- Don’t write too much e-mail, focus on your main job.. I’ve got 3 contracts due tomorrow, and it’s way over my working hours now
- No matter how stupid the leader is, but when they win his/her followers heart, the followers would die for him/her.
It’s time to go home
